Sam is the CEO of Forge Roofing and the founder of D2D Experts, OwnersOS, and D2DU. He has spent more than a decade building sales organizations and coaching home service operators, and he now leads the vision for rolling up the strongest roofing companies in the country into one platform.

Ryan leads the financial and operational side of the Forge platform. He works directly with partner companies on clean books, true EBITDA, diversified revenue, and the systems and integrations that turn a roofing business into a platform-grade operation.

Chief Strategy Officer
Josh brings 25+ years of financial discipline and marketing instinct to Forge. He has served as a CFO in oil and gas, founded and sold a digital marketing agency, built a residential home services company, and coached roofing owners on sales, marketing, and operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and lives on the Gulf Coast with his wife Jenny and their 7 kids.

JD has spent over a decade building and leading top-producing teams. He started as a rookie rep at Vivint, became general manager of a solar market, and co-founded Purelight Power as CEO before it merged with the Edgewater group in a deal valued at $360M. He studied business and psychology at SUU and earned a master's in psychology from BYU.

Brand and Growth
Cody is a U.S. Air Force veteran and the founder of CommercialRoofer.com, where he is building one of the nation's largest portfolios of commercial roofing companies. He brings hands-on experience running his own roofing company and now leads brand and growth, equipping operators with proven playbooks and the systems to scale.
